Enterprise Engineer & Architect with a history of transitioning legacy IT applications and practices to modern platforms and methodologies. Develops and interprets policies, procedures and strategies based upon IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, and employ Enterprise Architecture methodologies and/or techniques for governing, planning and delivering technologies across a global organization. Provides expert technical advice, guidance and recommendations to upper management. Plans and executes the projects needed to improve performance or resolve critical problems within existing systems. Advises on emerging practices, new technologies and advanced IT engineering techniques. Plans, organizes and direct studies to develop long-range strategic plans and forecasts.
